A traditional Thai massage is a fairly firm massage without oil. If you have a lot of knots in your muscles, the Thai massage can be perceived as painful, but it is very effective. Additionally, a Thai massage also helps with various complaints, such as: Fatigue, Stress, Depression, Pain in the back, Shoulders, or Muscles, Headache or Migraine

Not a fan of firm pressure techniques, like in a traditional Thai massage, or do you miss that warm oil? Then the Thai oil massage is definitely for you. In this treatment, we massage warm essential oils into your skin. This not only releases a pleasant fragrance but also makes the massage smoother. The oil warms your muscles, allowing your body to relax quickly.

Due to our busy lives and prolonged sitting in the same position, for example, behind a desk, muscles in the neck and shoulders can become tense and painful. Muscle tension in these areas can lead to headaches, reduced mobility, and a general feeling of fatigue. The cause of these complaints often lies in poor posture or stress. A neck and shoulder massage helps to release these tensions, improve blood circulation, and ensures that you feel energetic again.

A deep tissue massage, focuses on the connective tissue around the muscles. The connective tissue is constantly changing and in some cases causes muscles to become stuck. This happens when you stay in the same position for a long time, sitting at a desk is a good example of this. Our masseuses use their hands, elbows, thumbs, forearms, and fists to make slow but powerful movements, applying a lot of pressure to the areas where you experience pain. This way, they loosen the connective tissue, freeing the muscles and making your body feel much better.
